Technical information
A web server or hosting provider may receive ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested URL, referring page, and date and time of a request. This information can be used for security, reliability, debugging, and aggregate service operation. The exact logs, retention period, hosting provider, and analytics configuration depend on the production infrastructure and should be documented before launch.
Contact form status
In the current local preview, the contact form validates fields and displays an in-browser confirmation without transmitting the message. A production deployment may connect the form to an email or form service. If that happens, the service, purpose, retention, access, and user choices should be added to this policy before the form is promoted as a live contact channel.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site should not be described as cookie-free unless the final hosting, analytics, advertising, consent, and security configuration has been checked. If cookies, local storage, pixels, embedded media, or measurement tools are added, explain what they do and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.
